For those who have purchased Lean Screen or Velvet Screen, whether through our website or a retail partner, you’ll be eligible for a refund and product voucher.

Purchases from our UV website:

• Lean Screen (or Velvet Screen) is no longer available for sale on our website.
• For those who have purchased Lean Screen (or Velvet Screen) from January 1st 2023, please complete the form linked here by 30th September 2025 to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be received within 30 business days.
• You are also eligible for an Ultra Violette product voucher to the value of a full size SKINSCREEN to be used on our website on full price purchases. This will come through via email within 5 business days following the completion of the form linked here.

Purchases from our retail partners:

• We are working with our retailers to remove Lean Screen (or Velvet Screen) from sale.
• For refunds of Lean Screen (or Velvet Screen) purchased at any of our retailers, please reach out to the retailer directly.
• You are also eligible for an Ultra Violette product voucher to the value of a full size SKINSCREEN to be used on our website on full price purchases. This will come through via email within 5 business days following the completion of the form linked here.
