How much SPF do I need to apply?Updated a month ago

You need 1/4 teaspoon of sunscreen for your face, and another 1/4 teaspoon (about 0.04 fluid ounces) for your neck and décolletage. This estimate is based on average face sizes and the SPF testing amount (2 mg per 0.39 square inches). So, if you have a larger face, you’ll probably need more sunscreen, while a smaller one may require less. In UV terms, this equates to about 5 pumps of Supreme, a half-dollar-sized puddle for Velvet Screen and Future Screen, and 5 pumps for your face, neck, and décolletage for Vibrant Screen, as well as 0.17 fluid ounces (5ml) per limb for body application. Any less than that and you won’t be getting the full level of protection detailed on the packaging.
