How do I start a return?Updated a month ago

Start off by making sure the product is in good condition and only lightly sampled (less than 1/4 used). Then email us at [email protected] quoting your order number and reason for return. Please note that Ultra Violette will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel.
