What's your returns policy?Updated a month ago

We want you to have the best time using (and recommending 😎) our products, but if for any reason this isn't the case please get in touch with us at [email protected]

  • If your Ultra Violette is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a picture of the product to [email protected] within 14 of days receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product. 

  • If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with our products we will provide a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving. You just need do following:  

  • Make sure the product is in good condition and only lightly sampled (less than 1/4 used) 

  • Put the product in the shipper box you received it in, and post to: 

  • Ultra Violette, 999 Dalton Lane, Bolingbrook, Illinois, 60490, United States.  

  • Include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method 

  • Email us at [email protected] to let us know you have sent the product back and why quoting your order number 

  • Ultra Violette will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel 

  • Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
